No dear, University College of Medical Sciences has not yet released the form of BSc Radiology for the session of 2021-22. One more suggestion is that if you follow their official website regularly they release an official prospectus every year with all the important dates of registration followed by the detailed form fillup process , generation of admit card and and the entrance exam date. No, it is not mandatory for the candidates to appear and qualify the neet undergraduate examination if they want to pursue their course in bachelors in radiology. There are several institution and colleges which provide admission for radiology courses in various disciplines on the basis of class 12th board examination results and a few other exams which depends on college to college.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Radiology is a three-year programme broken into semesters, with approximately six semesters throughout the programme. Radiography is a paramedical specialty that focuses on the treatment of disorders that affect the body's internal organs. The curriculum for a B.Sc. in Radiology or B.Sc. in Radiography course is meant to teach students how to use different types of radiographic imaging to obtain results, such as CT scans, MRIs, and so on.
The eligibility criteria for B.SC in Radiology states that candidates need to have passed their class 12 from a recognized board in Science stream with 50% aggregate marks.
The admission into the course may vary from one institute to another. Some may offer admission based on the merit and some may conduct entrance exam for admission purpose.

Delhi University doesn't follow the UGC 's directions of dual degrees.
Dual degrees in oly valid if you apply in two different universities.
Students are not allowed to pursue simultaneously two courses at Delhi University.

see if you have the required eligibility criteria to get appointed as radiology assistant you may definitely apply for the post for any government and private hospitals. interview process may includes written test or direct interview , if you crack the all screening round definitely you can get a job at government or any other organization. so study sincerely and once your course are complete try to get hands on work experience from any of the organization. having work experience would include extra credit to your resume.

No, NEET is not mandatory for pursuing Radiology Technician course.
Different colleges/universities that offer this course have different admission procedures, some takes admission by entrance test whereas some takes by merit based.
The minimum eligibility criteria for this course is that a student must have pass 10+2 from a recognised board, and some colleges asked minimum 50% aggregate marks in it too.
X-ray technician, Therapy Radiographer, Radiation protection specialist, etc. these are the job profiles you can have after pursuing this course.
