You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. It is different to get free seat for your TS EAMCET Rank.

To get free seat/ full fees reimbursement, your TS EAMCET Rank must be less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs if you belong to OC or BC Category.
