MBA (HR) does have placements abroad after completing your post graduation or if you are talented enough , you might get a Pre-Placement Offer too. After recruitment in a company after post grad , depending on the firm and it's need they can transfer you abroad also. If you perform satisfactory according to the company needs and ask to go abroad they might recruit provided the company is a MNC and has foreign branches.

The cut off is determined by taking in to consideration various factors like total number of vacancies, difficulty level of examination, total number of candidates in each category, highest score, total number of vacancies for each category etc. We cannot predict of the cut off will be higher for EWS category than general category as it depends on the above mentioned factors. But generally the cut off for general category will be higher than EWS category.

see cutoff score changes for psus every year and it depends on some of the determining factors like number of applicants, students category, number of vacancy for particular stream etc. generally psus send call letter of 3-4 multiplication of candidates compare to vacancy. however your rank is good and you should apply for NTPC recruitment.

Yes anyone can get placed on campus during the recruitment procedure. It is just the skills that grab the opportunity. A college can provide opportunities to their students but the skill of the student grabs the seat. Also, if can not find any job then there are many off-campus drives available for the hiring of graduates, you can easily participate in them.

So, you need to work hard on improving your skills rather than depending upon the colleges for placements. Do hard work which will help you for sure.
