Dear applicant!!!
If you have profound interest in the field of Research then you can pursue that with any of the above mentioned courses. When your study is oriented with Zoology you have the possibility to deal with biological bodies, and in case of Microbiology you are about to deal with microscopic structures like virus, bacteria, protozoa, fungi phages etc. Marine biology is the study associated with Underwater lives and the vast biodiversity located there,
Hope it helps!!!
Hello
Hope you are doing well
For Research, you need to be NET qualified and then you can get research assistant job opportunities in chemical, biological laboratories. After MSc, you can pursue career either in academics or research organization/ research laboratories. There is ample opportunities to work in research lab or research organizations as microbiologist. Minimum requirement to get job in research organization is masters, however, PhD is highly desirable.
Best of Luck
If you have absolute clarity regarding your choice to study basic sciences, then you shouldn't bother that much for JEE. If you wish to go for Biology at IISER's you can go for the KVPY examination as well IISER aptitude test. Now if you are wiling to go for IISc, then your struggle for JEE ADVANCED isn' completely justified as you can also get into IISc through KVPY but the preparation of JEE ADVANCED, gives you a thrust towards success but its not mandatory, prepare well for KVPY & you can achieve your dreams. Its not like that, you can't crack JEE ADVANCED while going to schools. There are many rankers who have done regular schooling as well as cracked the examination. So don't pressurize yourself to a specific trends, you can obviously do schooling along with studies for JEE ADVANCED. So if you don't want to miss school, just appear for regular schooling. There are no perfect pathway to crack JEE ADVANCED except your hardwork. So if you can manage your schooling & preparation, there are no issues.

Hi, after completing your B.Sc. you have two very main options to consider. First is finding a job and second is getting a Masters degree or a Postgraduate degree. If you really wish to move into Research department in Technology after completing your B.Sc. plain is what I am assuming. You can choose Masters of Science in any field you like for research. You can not get directly into Research field but you can consider some of the below courses given as a step into Research world. To know if the course is Theory based or Research based, you can check their syllabus for the specific course. In those details are given and also mentioned about what base it is. Some even mention it in the very beginning on the headlines itself.
Master of Science in Physics
Master of Science in Geophysics
Master of Science in Biophysics
Master of Science in Medical Physics
Master of Science in Engineering Physics
Master of Science in Applied Physics
Master of Science in Applied Physics and Ballistics
Master of Science in Marine Geophysics
Master of Science in Astronomy
Master of Science in Astrophysics
Master of Science in Nuclear Physics
You can even take up masters in Computer Science or Information Technology. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. Hope this helps.
