Researcher
MSc Geography course you need to have BSc Geography course which requires you to have Mathematics compulsorily as a subject in your 10+2. So without Mathematics you can't do MSc Mathematics.
Now doing MA Geography also you can pursue your dream of being researcher. Not all the researchers in Geography are from the science background. During the PhD interviews & entrance, both MSc & MA graduates gives the same paper. So don't worry about that, if being a researcher is your dream then MA/MSc don't matter. The important thing that is required is your will power regarding the subject you are studying.

There are many ways to become Clinical Laboratory Researcher, but as requested by you, I shall suggest you the best way to achieve your goal (so that your pay scale will be amazing and you will obtain a highly respectable image in society).
Since you want to be a Researcher in "Clinical" area, I would suggest you to prepare for NEET UG , score good in the NEET UG Exam, and get a seat in a Medical College (MBBS). For MBBS, there is no issue if you are not able to get a Government Seat. Even a Private Seat (if you can afford) will do.
If you want to get a Government Medical College, you must target for a score of 650+ and for a Private College, 500+ score is a safe score. If you want to prepare online for NEET UG so as to get a seat in a good Government Medical College, then you may take a look at the NEET UG Courses as offered by Careers360 (with benefits like AI Learning, Personalized Timetables, Mock Tests, 24x7 Doubt Support, etc at affordable rates) - Careers360 NEET Solution: Complete Preparation and Study Materials for Students
Now after completing MBBS (4.5 years Course + 1 year compulsory Internship), try to get MD Pathology (to research about diseases in general) or MD Microbiology (to research about diseases caused by micro-organisms) via NEET PG/NEXT/INI-CET exams. However, unlike MBBS (UG). the college from where you do MD (Post Graduation) matters. Since you want research field, it is highly recommended you do your MD (MD Pathology or MD Microbiology, as per your subject choice) from PGIMER, Chandigarh.
Suppose you take up MD Pathology, here are some clinical research areas you can do in Labs (by taking up further specialization courses/fellowship programs) -
And suppose you have opted for MD Microbiology, you can take specialization courses and do research on Infectious Diseases, Bacteriology, etc.
After B.Sc Hons in Physics, you must pursue M.Sc. in Physics, perhaps from some of the Higher Technical Institutes like IITs, IISERs or Top Central Universities. After Post Graduation, you must pursue PhD either from Universities Abroad or Top IITs, IISc Bangalore, IISERs or Universities having an excellent Academic and Research Outlook. After Doctorate, you may begin your career in Research, Industry or Academia, in relevant domain of interest.
