haryana open schooling student can apply aiims intrence exam??

handukanika 6th Sep, 2020

Hello,
As aiims is a central government funded institute no seats in AIIMS are reserved for the students of the particular state.
So canditates throughout the country are eligible for AIIMS mbbs seats through NEET.
The only eligibilty criteria is a atleast 60%(Gen)  and 50%(other categories) in PCBE in 12th boards.

Hope this helps

Is age 21 after being wasting schooling graduation despite before i was topper but eventually after 10th i became loser due to laziness is still i have chance to start strong again after this circumstances ? i want to crack Sbi but will i. be able to as i am starting now late after years of sleeping

S. Saha Student Expert 23rd Jul, 2020
One thing must be cleared that you arenot late at all. The minimum age to appear for SBI PO exam is 21 years old. And you are 21 now. So you stiil have time. And the most important thing is that you don't want to lose. Don't feel like that you are lost. Don't go for competition. There are students who qualify SBI PO in first time. But there are more students who can't qualify in the very first attempt. But they don't lose hope. They stuck to it until they reach their goal. So when you have time, you must prepare for the examination rather than thinking all these. If this is fear of failure, it can be cured only by not thinking about these. Just engage yourself in the preparation, you'll automatically forget this things.

First of all go through the entire syllabus of SBI PO. SBI PO prelims syllabus covers topics from Reasoning Ability, Quantitative aptitude and English language. So the main thing is that you have to concentrate on Aptitude more. Daily practice of aptitudes can help you a lot. Allot one day for one aptitude topic. After understanding and completing all the topics, you should solve practice sets available on various websites. There are many study materials available on internet. You can take help of video tutorials available free in YouTube. RS Aggarwal's Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations, A modern approach to Verbal and Non Verbal Reasoning - you can prepare from. If you find it difficult to study from different books, then make your own notes. This is a good habit, your memory retention will also improve.

Once done with syllabus you can move on to solving mock test, previous year exam papers. Then try to figure out your weak areas and work on them.

This year I hve done 12th from CBSE board but I have not got good percentage but last year I have also done 12th from my state board. But in NEET application form I have mentioned CBSE schooling details but now I want to apply State board marksheet for MBBS admission. plz let knw if it is possible.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 20th Jul, 2020

Srashti, you could have changed your Academic details during the correction window. NTA has extended the correction window until 20th July until 5pm IST. But now that it is past 10pm IST, you cannot make any changes to your NEET application form. But if you meet NEET eligiblity criteria regarding the aggregate based on your Category, you can retain the current marks skeet. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. If you meet this criteria, you can keep the marks details that you have right now but unfortunately the correction window has been closed and so you cannot make any changes at this point in time.

how can I apply B.sc . radiotherapy college in Salem

AJAY KUMAR POLAVENI 21st Jul, 2020

Hello there!

There are two ways in which B.Sc admission in various Indian institutions/universities is done

1.Based on the merit they got

2.Based on the entrance exam the college conducts

Although Some of the B.Sc institutions offer admissions based on the score they secured in their 12th standard

where as some other institutions conduct their own entrance exams. In the entrance test-based admission process, the candidates have to appear in a counselling round or personal interview round and on the basis of the cumulative score, admissions are granted. Some of the institutions also offer B.Sc programmes in correspondence mode where a few of them conduct entrance tests for admission and some take into account the class XIIth scores

I hope this resolves your query

I studied only MBBS in Telangana. But I am a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh. I have done schooling and inter from AP. Which states State Quota Seats Am I elligible for NEET PG? Kindly please let me know the procedure so, I can prepare accordingly. Thank You

Naija Bansal 25th Oct, 2020

Hi there,

Please consider the following carefully:

  • For admission to any post graduate courses, the state quota/home state is your state from which you have completed your MBBS/any undergraduate degree.
  • For admission to any undergraduate course, the home state/state quota will be availed of the state from which 10+2 is done or you have permanent residence proof of that state.

No state can decline it until any further notice from the central or state authorities.

Hope this helped...

Good Luck !!

I did my schooling at the Maharashtra state board(hsc)for my 12th i studied English ,pcmb, biology and environmental science as subjects. What subjects can i use to satisfy the 75 percent eligibility criteria for jee mains colleges (i want to exclude biology) or is it the overall of all 7 subjects?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 16th Jul, 2020

Hello

First of all there's no percentage barrier to be eligible for JEE mains dear so you don't need to bother about it at all.

But yes,

To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs , jee advanced( for iits) one needs at least  75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least  65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or  must be in the top 20 percentile in  class 12 examination.

Only 5 Subjects are to be considered for calculating this aggregate percentage and these are :-

*Physics

*Chemistry

*Mathematics

*A language

*Any subject other than listed above

my son has studied till 10+2 outside Tamil nadu state, However, as a parent, i was born and brought up in chennai and did m schooling, college from chennai. will my son be considered for admissions through TNEA 2020 and also Nativity certificate required or not

Vishwaksen Gouda Student Expert 12th Jul, 2020

Hello

Your son has studied class 12 in the out of Tamilnadu it will not be a problem for TNEA . But for the eligiblelig criteria of the TNEA you must have nativity certificate as the key to take admission in the reputed colleges in tamilnadu. Definitely this is a main eligibility point to be TNEA . If you have Nativity certificate then your son can easily give the exam of TNEA and can get an admission.

If you don't have nativity certificate. You can apply as a other state student and can take the exam

Thank you.

Hello Aspirant,

One thing must be cleared that you are not late at all. The minimum age to appear for SBI PO exam is 20 years old. And you are only 21 years. So you have enough time and this is the perfect time to start your preparation. And the most important thing is that you don't want to lose. Don't feel like that you are lost, your friends are going over you. Just overcome your past and brush your future.

Follow the enlisted preparation tips for SBI PO :-

  • First of all go through the entire syllabus of SBI PO. There are many study materials available on internet. You can take help of video tutorials available free in YouTube.
  • Read newspaper daily thoroughly for General Knowledge and current affairs. If you find it difficult to study from different books, then make your own notes. This is a good habit, your memory retention will also improve.
