I studied only MBBS in Telangana. But I am a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh. I have done schooling and inter from AP. Which states State Quota Seats Am I elligible for NEET PG? Kindly please let me know the procedure so, I can prepare accordingly. Thank You

Naija Bansal 25th Oct, 2020

Hi there,

Please consider the following carefully:

  • For admission to any post graduate courses, the state quota/home state is your state from which you have completed your MBBS/any undergraduate degree.
  • For admission to any undergraduate course, the home state/state quota will be availed of the state from which 10+2 is done or you have permanent residence proof of that state.

No state can decline it until any further notice from the central or state authorities.

Hope this helped...

Good Luck !!

I did my schooling at the Maharashtra state board(hsc)for my 12th i studied English ,pcmb, biology and environmental science as subjects. What subjects can i use to satisfy the 75 percent eligibility criteria for jee mains colleges (i want to exclude biology) or is it the overall of all 7 subjects?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 16th Jul, 2020

Hello

First of all there's no percentage barrier to be eligible for JEE mains dear so you don't need to bother about it at all.

But yes,

To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, GFTIs , jee advanced( for iits) one needs at least  75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least  65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or  must be in the top 20 percentile in  class 12 examination.

Only 5 Subjects are to be considered for calculating this aggregate percentage and these are :-

*Physics

*Chemistry

*Mathematics

*A language

*Any subject other than listed above

my son has studied till 10+2 outside Tamil nadu state, However, as a parent, i was born and brought up in chennai and did m schooling, college from chennai. will my son be considered for admissions through TNEA 2020 and also Nativity certificate required or not

Vishwaksen Gouda Student Expert 12th Jul, 2020

Hello

Your son has studied class 12 in the out of Tamilnadu it will not be a problem for TNEA . But for the eligiblelig criteria of the TNEA you must have nativity certificate as the key to take admission in the reputed colleges in tamilnadu. Definitely this is a main eligibility point to be TNEA . If you have Nativity certificate then your son can easily give the exam of TNEA and can get an admission.

If you don't have nativity certificate. You can apply as a other state student and can take the exam

Thank you.

I am dwell past today a dream frm past schooling of crush i lovee her much, she is successful

Anurag Khanna 4th Jul, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

One thing must be cleared that you are not late at all. The minimum age to appear for SBI PO exam is 20 years old. And you are only 21 years. So you have enough time and this is the perfect time to start your preparation. And the most important thing is that you don't want to lose. Don't feel like that you are lost, your friends are going over you. Don't go for competition. There are students who qualify SBI PO in first time. But there are more students who can't qualify in the very first attempt. But they don't lose hope. They stuck to it until they reach their goal. So when you have time, you must prepare for the examination rather than thinking all these. If this is fear of failure, it can be cured only by not thinking about these. Just engage yourself in the preparation, you'll automatically forget this things. Just overcome your past and brush your future.

Follow the enlisted preparation tips for SBI PO :-

  • First of all go through the entire syllabus of SBI PO. There are many study materials available on internet. You can take help of video tutorials available free in YouTube.
  • Read newspaper daily thoroughly for General Knowledge and current affairs. If you find it difficult to study from different books, then make your own notes. This is a good habit, your memory retention will also improve.
  • Once done with syllabus you can move on to solving mock test, previous year exam papers. Then try to figure out your weak areas and work on them.

For more details about SBI PO examination you should refer to the link given below :-

Hello Aspirant,

First of all, keep your hopes high. You've got the chance on this Earth as a human, that means you are able to do what you aspire, condition is that you should be determined and dedicated hard worker.

Feeling lost and hopeless sometimes is common, but you need to keep your will power strong enough, so that you can prevent this sadness from overpowering your soul.

Confide in a person (you said you've no friends, no problem, make one or talk to any of your peer sibling/cousin). Believe me, opening your feelings infront of someone helps a lot. The person will comfort you and suggest you from his own point of view.

If you feel that you can't crack the desired exam, keep it aside for a while and give yourself a new headstart with that exam as a challenge of life and you can do whatever you want to do.

Minimum age required to be eligible for SBI PO is 21 years and you are only 20, so you still have a chance to begin your preparation because there are many people who qualify SBI PO etc bank exams in their 1st attempt and that also in just 1 year preparation or even less, so even if you are starting from scratch you have plenty of time to prepare.

Follow the below tips to prepare for SBI PO :-

  • First of all go through SBI PO syllabus and its exam pattern.
  • Go through the previous years’ question papers and see the level of difficulty of the question paper so that you can prepare accordingly.
  • You can take help of video tutorials available free on platforms like YouTube as well.
  • Go through newspaper daily for General Knowledge and current affairs.
  • Once you are done with syllabus go through mock test and identify weak areas and work on them.

My daughter has done 7 years of schooling in Bangalore from Std I to Std XII. Thats done in 4 different schools. Whats the document required to prove my domicile for KCET? Do I need to get a certificate from each school for the years she studied there or can I just furnish the marksheets?

harshitasharansrivastava Student Expert 16th Jun, 2020

Hello Sir,

Your daughter meets the domicile eligibility criteria for KCET exam. You do not need to publish certificates of each class to show your domicile. You can just publish your daughter's 10th and 12th class marksheet to show domicile. Also you can check the following link for more details:

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 15th Jun, 2020

Ayush, we are what we think we are. No one can manipulate us into thinking of something we are not. I want to break down some facts for you. You have been having fears of losing and not being able to make it or not having enough time to prepare for SBI PO for more than a month now. And you have been receiving help from us. regarding how to cope up for the lost time. Did you know that all it takes is 30-45 days to master English? Any Coaching center will teach you English Grammar and Vocabulary in less than a month. There is online Coaching, there are Youtube channels, there are apps that are free to download and learn. There is ample information available for you at the click of a button. And here we are a month or 2 later, with the same apprehensions, same fears and same doubts. With all due respect, we get your pain and fears. But the one who overcomes it and "works" towards fixing the issues is the one who succeeds. The rest are forgotten by History. You want to crack SBI PO exams. That is a goal, So your fear of not having a goal doesn't even exist. At the age of 20, 90% of the Students are still studying their final year of Graduation or still in their Graduation if it is a Professional degree. So your fears of not having a career are untrue because 90% of the Student population is with you. Regarding friends, not everyone is social and so that is no sin either. And that is not a reason why you should be feeling tired or hopeless either. Feelings of fear, despair and helplessness are common but working towards a positive outcome is the need of the hour. If that is not worked on, we might just be stuck in the same phase. Years and months might pass but we will remain where we are. At the age of 20, if you do not act on working towards your shortcomings or goals or fear, it might be really late when you are 30. If you want to improve your English, we did mention the books and how you can practise. As much as we discuss this Ayush, the change and course of action need to come from you.
