Science
Hi!
If you failed in the science subject in 10th but passed overall, getting admission to 11th in the science stream will be challenging but not impossible. Most schools require a passing grade in science for science stream admission. However, some private schools or open schooling systems like NIOS may allow you to take science subjects while you reappear for the failed paper. Another option is to clear the compartment exam and then apply for science. If you are genuinely interested in science, work on strengthening your basics before entering 11th because the syllabus will be more advanced.
Thank you for reading,
Yes for sure if you graduate from ISI with a B.Math degree and clear GATE in Computer Science, you can apply for M.Tech programs in CSE-related fields at IISc and IITs. Most of these institutes accept candidates from any undergraduate discipline as long as they have a valid GATE CS score. However, some specializations or departments may have additional eligibility requirements, like prior coursework in programming, algorithms, or discrete mathematics. Since your B.Math background gives you a strong theoretical foundation, you’ll likely meet the academic criteria, but it’s best to check each IIT/IISc department’s brochure before applying.

Hi ,
Healthcare IT and Health Data Science are growing fields in India due to the digitalization of hospitals, AI in diagnostics, and government initiatives like Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. Entry-level salaries for freshers can be 4–7 LPA, mid-level professionals 8–15 LPA, and senior specialists 20+ LPA. Health Informatics experts with both medical knowledge and data skills are in high demand. US-India trade tensions might slow down outsourcing work from US-based healthcare companies, but domestic demand in India’s healthcare sector is expected to keep growing, so long-term prospects remain strong.
Thank you for asking and wishing you a great career ahead .
