Dear learner,
The new rule of MCI is the candidates are allowed , without neet.and it is one time exemption.
MCI conveyed this in the view of covid 19 pandemic all students need not to take neet .
However these candidates would have to appear later and qualify the exam as per regulations of 2002.
The exemption is one time measure in view of covid 19 scenario.

Well MCI recognition is very important for your medical degree to be recognised and if your college is not approved of MCI then your degree won't be valid. But like you said that in third year the approval can come from MCI. Well in that case you can give the mci screening test and your degree wi be valid. The recognition has to be there before you graduate. So make sure to get all the information once checked from your office.
