i lost my previous passport and now got a new passport so is there will be any problem to fill up the MCI screening test application form with my new passport number?

No, there shouldn't be any problem to fill up the MCI Screening Test Application Form with your new passport number. Passport is provided as an identity proof by the government. So it should cause you a problem as it is serves to you as your identity proof.

is this true that MCI screening test is also applicable for students who are studying (MBBS) in India itself?

Candidates who has acquired 50% marks in MBBS are elligible for MCI screening test also known as FMGE..There is no limitations in Number of attempts.Also entrance test held twice in a year..

i am Indian foreign medical graduate, i passed mci screening test recently, i got 152 in mci screening test out of 300 (passing marks 150) my aggregate academic percentage is 70%, I also completed my internship. Am i eligible for jipmer pg?

Hey Yasir!  JIPMER PG entrance exam will be organized by Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER). This is a national level entrance exam held in two sessions- in the month of January & July. JIPMER is one of the leading medical institutions of India established in the year 1823 under the Government of India. Candidates will be offered admission into PG level courses in the field of medical. Admission in PG courses will be offered in MD (Doctor of Medicine) & MS (Master of Surgery), DM, M.Ch in a wide range of fields.
You can check detailed eligibility criteria from the below link. As for foreign General candidates 55% marks is compulsory to be eligible for JIPMER in the entrance exam.
