How can i enhance my english speaking ability?? I get nervous whenever i speak to anybody in english becoz i dont have the habit of communicating in english. Also i lack behind in vocabulary how to increase that??

Vibhanshu 15th Mar, 2021

Hello,

For enhancing your speaking, assuming that you're now good in vocabulary, the problem you are facing is you're getting anxious in front of people maybe because you think if I mess up they will make fun of me. One way through which you can get past this fear is, stand in front of mirror and try speaking English. Try speaking in you friends group, among the people who you are sure won't make sun of you, if you fumble.

Secondly, what you can do, start writing. What happens is when the speed at which our brains think and the speak at which we speak are different, we stuck sometimes while speaking because we couldn't recollect. So, start writing your thoughts so that the speed of your brain thinking and you speaking will get in sync.

I hope this helps!!

I am currently doing BTECH IT from Jammu university and frankly speaking i dont know anything much about it. So i am confused between two things whether i should Go to abroad or should stay in india to prepare for UPSC CIVIL SERVICES EXAM . Pls suggest me the right path where should i go..

Sonali Sahu Student Expert 2nd Nov, 2019

Hello,

You are studying IT then you have 3 different ways to make your career out.

1st one is:- studying UPSC and going for civil works. yes you can do and serve India. You have to give exams and qualify it with good marks. There is also physical pain, mental stress in it and being dutifull is important.

2nd one is :- Doing MS in aboard. for that you have to do research in any field you feel interested and suitable. your research paper should be published in publishing organisations like IEEE then apply and qualifying it by passing all the selection levels then you can go for the research and invent new techs and tools for future.

3rd on is :- doing a job in any TOP MNCs. you can take part in placement and do your job in different position and it needs you to be expertise in Information Technology as you will all those concepts there. for top MNC like Google,Microsoft and any other company there will be only coding interview levels. so there is noting to do with aptitdue and logical. if you look for service providing company then you will need these and learn these  to crack the written rounds.

these are ways. you choose what you want to do in your life. no one can guide you better than you.

Hope it helps!
