i want to change my category from general to ews in the ssc registration but it says your registration limit is over what can i do?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 26th Jul, 2021

You can edit your SSC registration 2 times a year. Thus if you have done it then you can change the category next year or if you apply in any other next year then you can apply for it based on your changed preference. You can't change it now as your form have been submitted or you have agreed the changes for registration while applying for any exam this year.

Thus if you want to change the category then you can change it next year.

I hope this answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

Ssc gd mein kon c post sbse ashee hai as a sallary etc.

Subhrajit Mukherjee 25th Jul, 2021

See for SSC GD you will get the basic pay of Rs. 21,700-69,100. The basic will start with Rs. 21,700 and will keep on growing in terms of promotions and increments. Now every post through SSC GD have the same structure, thus there are no such preferable cases. But if you are deployed in cities then you will get emoluments like HRA which will be greater in Cities compared to villages. Thus if you want to distinguish your salary then if you get a job in Z cities you will get the highest joining salary as the HRA is the highest in Z cities i.e., 12% of Basic pay.

By qualifying the examination, an aspirant can get Constable post in:

  • Border Security Force (BSF)
  • National Investigation Agency (NIA)
  • Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB)
  • Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF)

are pixels important for the photo and signature in SSC gd form or just the size should be 20kb to 50kb size? My photo is 413×513 pixels and size 28.4kb is it ok or my form will get rejected if I upload it, please reply and help me clear this doubt i am very confused.

Subhrajit Mukherjee 24th Jul, 2021

See if your photo is uploaded successfully to the ssc website then there is no problem with your picture. And if your image is 28.4KB then its ok to upload it.

The point of this instruction of SSC is that, if you try to upload a image greater than the prescribed size then it will not get uploaded. There are no such cancellation or anything like that. And your image size is perfect, so you can upload it without any doubts.

Sir I filled the SSC MTS form last time and in filling the form in "State of bord /university" and "Name of the board" I filled "Uttar Pradesh" and "Other" because CBSE was not in the option. But today I am filling SSC GD form I saw "Delhi" and "CBSE" there so it is wrong or right please tell me.

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 24th Jul, 2021
Hello,

It is totally right. SSC GD and SSC MTS are two different examinations and conducted separately. They both have different criteria and process, so while filling SSC MTS application when you did not see CBSE board and Delhi that is because there was no requirement of it but in GD there is requirement to get full details of the candidate's exact mode of passing 12th so they have asked it and you have to fill it accordingly. So, you can select CBSE and Delhi.

I hope this helps.
