lisa 9th May, 2025

For Karnataka's 85% State Quota seats, the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) generates a separate state-level merit list based on NEET scores. This state merit list is used for seat allocation within the 85% state quota, and the All India Rank (AIR) is not directly used in this context.

will fresh registration be open for every round of uptac counselling

monag2673 24th Jul, 2024

No, fresh registration for UPTAC counselling is not open for every round. It typically happens in a specific window at the beginning of the counselling process.  Here's how it works:

  • Registration Window: UPTAC opens a registration window for a limited period (e.g., a few days) at the start of the counselling process. During this time, candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can register and apply for counselling.

  • Subsequent Rounds: Once registration closes, subsequent rounds (like second or third round) focus on seat allocation for registered candidates based on their choices, rank, and seat availability.

If you missed the registration window: Unfortunately, you won't be able to participate in the current UPTAC counselling rounds. However, you can keep an eye on official UPTAC announcements for future counselling rounds and ensure you register within the specified window if you wish to participate.

hope this helps you!!

can a general ews student get govt seat of homeopathy ayurveda or physiotherapy or bds with 329 marks?

SHUBHANGI SINHA 30th Jul, 2025

Hello,

Depending on the state and particular college cutoffs, a General EWS applicant with 329 NEET scores may be able to obtain a government seat in Ayurveda, Homeopathy, or Physiotherapy, as well as perhaps in BDS. While AYUSH courses may have lower cutoffs, government BDS seats are often more competitive and require higher marks.
