Dear student,
Hello there, I hope you are doing well.
There are many students out there who get average Mark's and yet have good job access. Since you are going to attempt the paper again try to score better dont aim for passing Mark's. I'm saying this CS your 2nd attempt Mark's will be displayed on your marksheets thats why score well.
Now it's only 1 back so it's ok it wont back fire so much but make sure u dont create more backlogs okay. Improve your Mark's in the coming semesters like 5 and 6 semesters 5 and 6 are very important so make sure you score well. Now if you go for higher degree more preferences will be given to your higher degree than the lower 1. So dont worry it wont affect much as long as you dont come up with more backlogs.
Hope this helps !!
Hello,
The results will be released very soon. You can check the official regarding more information. They would update the website for result and counselling dates. It is better to check the website on a frequent basis for any updates. Ranking is nearly same although many of the students mention the counselling is better as some seats are added to the extended counselling rounds.
Hope it helps you.
Good luck.
hi,
see the eligibility criteria for gate exam is candidates who have studied bachelor of technology of 4 years course or diploma + btech of 3 years course or msc course in relevant discipline or bachelors course of 4 years duration are eligible to apply. now final years students of graduation or post graduation are also eligible to appear in the exam. now coming to the backlog papers, you may appear in gate exam even if you have current backlog, but at the time of counselling or recruitment process through gate score, you must have the clear academics records and passed your supplementary exam as well as btech final exam.
hope you may understand.
