According to a COMEDK announcement, the special round is open to candidates who passed the current year's supplementary board test and had their document verification authorised, as well as candidates who filled out options but were not assigned a seat in any of the previous rounds. Candidates who choose accept and freeze in round three and were assigned a general merit seat are also eligible to participate.
COMEDK executive secretary S. Kumar explained that this round was held in the interest of candidates who had passed the supplementary exam and did not want to wait until the following year.

It does not mention the class 12th results, however they will be used in taking admission into Bachelors courses therefore it is important that you clear your supplementary exam and then take admission in a college for Bachelors course and then pursue studying for UPSC Exam

With reference to your query, I would like to say that your query is little confusing to intrepret , I would say that you have to give supplementary exams of those subjects only in which you have failed ,and yes you can re-exam for them but you have to apply on cbse portal. After passing those subjects only ,you will be considered pass

Yes, you can get admission in class 11th after clearing the supplementary examination for class 10th. You must have cleared class 10th to get admission in next class and thus you can get admission in class 11th. You must choose your stream carefully though and prefer to choose the one which is your strongest subject and the one in which you are interested.

If you clear your 10th board examination then after that you have to admission in 11th class. And complete your 12th board examination. Then you can admission in any college. Before that you can't go for admission in any college. You have to your 10th and 12th certificate.

You can take any stream you wish to take in college for class 11th and 12th. Since, you have cleared your class 10th in the supplementary examinations, thus you are eligible for all the streams. You will have to choose the stream based on your interests, and what would you like to do after your class 12th and the job profiles that you want to go for.

I hope you are doing . I would glad to inform you that yes you can get admission in college even in 19 but for that you should have passed your 12th from a recognized board. Moreover, their is one other way to get into college. You can persue polytechnic ad get diploma with good marks. Affter completing your diploma you can directly apply to lateral entry in universities and start from 2nd year
