NEET 2022 is atleast 2 NEET exams away. And cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But ideally this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting its admissions through NEET score and for AIIMS New Delhi, we are expecting a cut off of more than 650. May be around 675 given its reputation. But 2022 cut offs or marks required are too early to be discussed. So if you are planning on appearing for NEET 2022, you should know the NEET eligibility criteria first. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. And regarding becoming a Plastic Surgeon, first you need to complete MBBS along with mandatory 1 year internship. Post that you have to appear for NEXT. Now NEXT will come into effect probably in 2022 and so we do not yet know how admissions are going to be conducted based on NEXT. So for both NEET 2022 cut offs and NEXT details, you will atleast have to wait for a year or 2 for near accurate information. Until then stick to NCERT books and practise atleast one mock test a week.
Keerthana, to becoBme a surgeon, you should first study MBBS and then take up MS in a subject that you are interested in. Now to study MBBS, you have to appear for NEET. Because NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. When you said you are a Biotechnology graduate, you can appear for NEET based on your 12th qualification and study MBBS and then take up MS and become a surgeon. This is the only route out.
Greetings, aspirant!
In order to become a veterinary surgeon in India, you need to get your bachelor's degree for which, you need to take up physics, chemistry and biology in your 10+2. Then you need to appear for the entrance exams AIPVT, the score of which, decides the Institute you get an admission in. Apart from AIPVT, you can also opt for MHT-CET, KEAM, CENTAC, GUJCET, AICEE etc.
Your bachelor's in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) is a 5 year long UG course. After finishing your Bachelor's, you can opt for a master's and select your specialization as surgery. The entrance exam to appear for the Master's level degree is conducted by ICAR. After getting your master's, you need to work on a 3 month long internship at TVCSC. You also need to finish a 1 month training in livestock production and management
Hope this information helps

Dear Aspirant,
There is no fix salary if you are self employed. It depends upon how many clients you are getting and how good and effective is your service. If you are good at service and you have a good number of clients than the income too would be really good, however, if that is not the case then you might not get a good salary.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
