A progression that have constant difference between two consecutive terms is known as Arithmetic progression.

Set:

Any collection of objects which may be mathematical or non-mathematical is known as sets.

There is nothing like that you can't learn set if you don't know about arithmetic progression. Arithmetic progression is important. But there is no relation between arithmetic progression and sets.

See there is no any fixed cut-off mark that would decide which you are going to get because cut-off marks keep changing every year depending upon various factors. 
However for government medical colleges you have to score good marks in NEET 2022 like if you are seeking admission through AIQ counselling then you should not set your target less than 620 marks at least and if through state quota then it depends upon your state but still you should try to achieve minimum 580+ marks in NEET 2022 for good government colleges for MBBS even through state quota.

As you mentioned your rank, it is very difficult to estimate the score or marks based on the rank as it varies from year to year, and difficulty of the question paper and also total number of candidates attempted for the examination.

For the rank of around 4500  , your approximate score will be around 90-95 marks.Let me tell you that as per the previous year cutoff's you have less chances of getting seat in CSE branch,but also remember that it is based upon the cutoff's .

It's mentioned that no more than 4 points can lie on the circle of the circle cannot pass through more than a set of four points.

So, it's obvious that from the parallel lines only one point can be included. Hence, here are the following combinations which can be found-
