how to be cardiologist Or cardiac technician after bsc cardiology

Shakti Swarupa Bhanja 12th Nov, 2020

Hello!

You can become a cardiologist in India only after completing an MBBS degree followed by MD Cardiology and then DM in cardiology. You cannot become a cardiologist after BSc cardiology.

However, you can become a cardiovascular technician, cardiac care technician, etc. after completing BSc in cardiology in both government and private sector. The candidates have the flexibility to work in hospitals on an hourly, weekly and monthly basis. You have to apply for these posts that are usually vacant in private hospitals over the year. The average salary offered in India to successful graduates of the course ranges between 2 LPA to 12 LPA, depending upon the candidate's expertise in the field. The reputation of cardiac technicians is much better in abroad countries.

Hope this answer is helpful:)

can i get government college for cardiovascular technician having 331 marks in neet

Harish Jayaraj 21st Nov, 2020

Hey!

if you really need only cardio vascular technology, then you can take up a bsc course. to take bsc in cardio vascular technology, you dont need any neet score. all you need is good marks in class 12. so only if you need MBBS and also cardio, then you need neet. in which case, you cant get it in govt college.

but joining a bsc cardio vascular tech is easy for you.

good luck
