Hello there,
Hope you are doing well,
According to the previous year's cut off trends candidates from SC/ST category required to score minimum 40th percentile to qualify for admission in government colleges for BAMS. With the score you have mentioned above your percentile would be around 35th-38th so chances of your admission in government college are difficult. However you can try in private colleges or through management quota, there might be decent chances of your admission. If you have domicile for Telangana state then you can apply under state quota which might increase chances of your admission.
You can also predict chances of your admission in medical college according to your score, rank or location by using NEET UG COLLEGE PREDICTOR tool, tap on the link below,

hlwo aspirant

the ans of your query is very short that is Yes,
The Muslim Minorties can get the Full fee reimbursement but it also depends the Income Certificate you submit. If your income certificate shows the income as less than 2 lakhs for SC/ST, 1 lakh for OBC then you have maximum chances to get full fee reimbursement by TS Eamcet.
The reimbursement will be canceled for whole academic year if you fail to maintain 75% attendance in any of the semester. The OC category candidates who belong to Economically Weaker Section(EWS) / EBC classes are eligible for fee reimbursement in TS by entering through TS EAMCET i.e through convener quota.rebusement depends on your father's annual income. Annual income should be below 1lac for OC students. Remaining reserved candidates can get full fee reimbursment irrespective of their father's annual income.
