Based on your rank it is difficult to get seat in Agriculture, veterinary or horticulture. But, you have very good chances for pharmacy and pharm.D in reputed colleges. And also you have not mentioned your caste, so can’t exactly tell you the collleges you get. But can definitely get pharmacy in top colleges. Just make sure you join colleges with good placements and facilities like G Pulla Reddy college of Pharmacy, Malla reddy college, Rbvrr, Anurag university, gokaraju rangaraju college etc.

As you haven't mentioned your Caste Category based on your Rank and considering you under General Category you have a good chance in these 3 colleges based on previous year Cut-off trends -

You do not have to worry if your address on Adhaar Card has address of AP state. Aadhaar Card is not an address proof. It was launched in 2009, Telangana and AP were bifurcated in the year 2014 so the citizens who have enrolled for Aadhaar before 2014 living in AP will have AP address on it. You can apply for address change by visiting the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment center and update your current address. It will take 3-15 working days to update the address on Aadhaar Card. Besides, you will be considered as local candidates as you have studied from class 5th to Class 12th in Telangana. You have to carry the required documents to the help line center for document verification. You have to carry original documents along with 2 seats of photo copies of it
