You do not have to worry if your address on Adhaar Card has address of AP state. Aadhaar Card is not an address proof. It was launched in 2009, Telangana and AP were bifurcated in the year 2014 so the citizens who have enrolled for Aadhaar before 2014 living in AP will have AP address on it. You can apply for address change by visiting the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment center and update your current address. It will take 3-15 working days to update the address on Aadhaar Card. Besides, you will be considered as local candidates as you have studied from class 5th to Class 12th in Telangana. You have to carry the required documents to the help line center for document verification. You have to carry original documents along with 2 seats of photo copies of it

While at the certificate verification you have to submit your income certificate and caste reservation certificate

So you can then able to get your fee-reimbursement

And the fee-reimbursement amout will be directly goes to the college

TS EAMCET your rank is 20 868. In this rank your marks might be between 69 to 60. But to take admission in pharm d course candidate has to secure at least 45% marks in Eamcet  exam out of total 160  marks that is here to get at least 75   marks in Eamcet qualifying examination but being a BC category student ab to get40% marks in a qualifying examination TS EAMCET I. e.65. Student  also has to get 55% marks in 12th class examination with the combination of physics chemistry and biology and English. As your rank add category  you have a chance for getting pharm D course in pharmacy colleges.

Though your EAMCET Rank is high you have good chances to get a merit seat. It's all because of your NCC Certificate.This gives you a upper hand compared to all other aspirants in the open category.If you are looking for any specific course I can definitely help you out in that. Congrats for the rank that you get in TS EAMCET 2020. As you have mentioned your  category in the question as sc, but directly answering and predicting your chances in various institutions is not possible but as per the last some years cut offs you have very very less chances of getting admission into any of the government institution of B.Sc agriculture in Telangana.
