hello aspirant,
The eligibility criteria for free Seat or fees reimbursement is as follows :
The Full fee reimbursement is given to them only who secure rank below 10,000. This is for general category. But if you belong to SC/ST and if your income certificate shows below 2 lakhs as annual income then you have chances to get full fee reimbursement. It you don’t belong to SC/ST then you can avail 35,000/- fee reimbursement per year. If you fail to maintain 75% attendance in any of the semester then your fee reimbursement will be cancelled for whole academic year.
So,since you mentioned that you belong to SC category girl, so you are eligible for fees reimbursement.

Hello aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you as a General category student. With the above mentioned rank in TS EAMCET and according to the previous year Cutoff for TS EAMCET, you have very difficult chances of getting Government colleges in bsc Agriculture seat in hyderabad. This is because the required rank in TS EAMCET for bsc Agriculture seat is around 500-1000 in general category.
In order to get qualified, a candidate must score 25% marks to pass the AP EAMCET exam. Total 40 marks out of 160 is needed to qualify AP EAMCET. As for agriculture seat is concerned, the Cutoff marks for agriculture is generally around 125 although the parameter changes every year.
So, you have to fetch more than 130 to increase your chances for getting admission tp your desired stream.
