In TS EAMCET there does not exist category wise ranks. There exists common rank for all categories. But, during seat allotment there exists different cutoffs for different categories. Since you belong to ST category and got a very good rank of 5083 you can get into top branches of top colleges.

I am assuming you haven't written JEE Mains.

You have 98.8 percentage in board examination.

30 percentage of seats in SASTRA is allocated for the board exam category and based on previous year trends you have an excellent chance of getting CSE in SASTRA.
