If you are pursuing B.Tech in the field of Textile engineering, then you can apply for Textile engineering and fibre science branch in GATE( Graduate Aptitude Test in engineering) 

however this branch is not chosen by many of the students, if you work a liitle bit harder you can get easily in any of the top colleges like IIT’s or NIT’s

Placements: supervisory/scientist in handloom/mechanized cloth production sectors.

I think UPTTI is much better than government engg. College banda . Because previous year i saw in news paper there were 12 to 15 students placed there with annual package of 15 lakh which is very decent and if you are good in study or hard working then you can also get placed there.
