Which is the best engineering college for ECE in Bangalore among BMS, PES and MSRIT?

Hello Pant,
All three of the above mentioned colleges are good. BMS, PES AND MSRIT have their own goods and bads. PES has comparatively larger campus area and good faculty members and teaching staff when compared to the other two. It also has various scholarships and cultural events. I would suggest you to take admission in PES based since it is slightly better than the other two colleges.

There are number of colleges through jeece but the status of other colleges are not much satisfactory.
They are just a source to complete your btech and getting a degree in hand but chances of placement and opportunities are negligible.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch.
