Some of them are

Bits Pilani ; Goa ; Hyderabad ( through BITSAT )
DTU ( through jee mains ranking )
NSUT
Pec Chandigarh
VITEEE ( has its own entrance )
YMCA ; dcrust ( through Haryana state counseling on basis of jee mains rank )
SRM Chennai

Etc.
Cut off is dependent upon various factors ( popularity ; location ; placement ; every year changes according to exam difficulty level etc.)

the chances of getting a college in a particular course depends upon the ranks scored in JEE mains exam . it is very hard to predict the rank from the percentile as jee mains exams was held at different sessions and the rank may vary a lot from the predicted rank so the best way is to check out the previous year NIT cutoffs .here is the first round cutoffs of 2018

Hello,
Your expectations on cbse board marks cannot alone decide the engineering college. You will have to attend the entrance exams such as JEE or any other entrance exam corresponding to the particular college. 12th marks will also affect your rank along with the marks you obtain in the entrance exam you attend.
