Hope you are doing well . With a score of 574 ,getting a government medical college in the state of Rajasthan seems very difficult through the state quota given that you belong to general category.

In 2021 , the cutoffs are expected to be somewhat similar to last year's. In 2020,the cutoff score for a general category candidate to get a government medical college was 628 with a closing AIR of 9032 . You needed to score atleast 630+ in order to get a government medical seat.

Also for management quota seats in government medical colleges in Rajasthan, the cutoff score 599 was with a closing AIR of 20,533. So getting a management quota seat in a government medical college in Rajasthan also seems difficult for you.

However you can try for government or management quota seats of other courses like BDS or Ayush .Also , if you want to apply in open states you can only do it for private colleges but won't be able to get a government medical seat .

NFSU Goa and Tripura Campus, both offers integrated BSc-MSc Forensic Science for which the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 in science stream from a recognized board securing 60% aggregate, there is relaxation of 10% for reserved categories,

And it also offers MSc Forensic science for which the eligibility criteria is passed bachelor's degree in science/forensic science/engineering/pharmacy/medicine securing 55% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories.

- I think most probably he could get a home quota.

- As the student where he completed his 12th grade is considered as the home state.

- That Kota is considered as his home state now.

- He can apply Kota as Home state in NITs cap rounds.

There are only two govt college allotted through tripura state counseling. OBC category cut off goes high so apply through Gen category quota.

Cut off marks for both college are

Regional institute of medical science, Imphal

Gen- 515 marks

OBC- 583 marks

Agartala medical college,agratala-

Gen- 545 marks

EWS -515 marks

Although you can have chance through Gen category candidates but nothing is confirmed.

As there is one  private medical colleges also you have good chance to get that college.

Hello Aspirant! With this rank, it would be quite difficult for you to get any government colleges such as NIT or IIIT. You can still try for some state level counselling's which accept and take admission through JEE Main marks. Or else, you can try in some other private colleges like:
Thapar University
KIIT, Bhubaneshwar
Chandigarh University
LPU
UPES, Dehradun
etc.
You can get good branches like ECE or Mechanical in these colleges.

The eligibility criteria for OBC student in NEET exam is 40th percentile. As you have got 480 marks in NEET exam so you are eligible for getting semi government medical colleges in  West Bengal or  government  medical colleges in Tripura also.
