Eligibility for Degree

A candidate must have passed the B.Sc. Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate for general category and 45% marks or equivalent grade for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / EWS candidates with Chemistry as one of the main subjects.

Admission process

Admission of students shall be made  on the basis of merit adjudged through All-India Common Entrance Test or through Central Universities Common Entrance Test(CUCET).

NIIS Institute of Information science and management are approved by UGC and the BC Bio- technology course in this Institute or college is offered by Utkal University Bhubaneswar Odisha. The total fees for 3 years BSc biotechnology course of full time is 1.55 lacs of rupees in total. Fees includes tuition fees only. Charges of hostel  are not included in this fees. CBSE board requested to take applied mathematics at par with the existing Mathematics course of CBSE for admission to higher studies in courses other than engineering, wait for new guidelines regarding this if college change their admission Criteria,they update their eligibilty Criteria.for now this is the eligibililty Criteria which consider for admission as follows

Mandatory subjects are english and pure Mathematics/Business Mathematics/Statistics and candidate must have passed in all subjects as per the respective board/council pass marks with any other two subjects. aggregate must be more than 60 Percent in all four subjects.
