NIE is definitely a great place to be learning at ,it has been one of the well-known technical institutes in the state. But BMSIT is doing pretty well itself even after being a relatively new college (16 years old) it has been accredited by NAAC and the CS department has an NBA accreditation as well.
You should go for BMSIT .

Hope you are doing well. See its entirely up to you what you want to do and let no one decide for you. However do keep in mind certain things while you decide.
- Both EEE and CSE has their own perks. Obviously if you take up CSE in any college and study hard, no one can stop you from cracking top-tier companies.
- If you like EEE, then you should always choose it because sooner or later it will help you bag better jobs.
- If you feel, you can do better if you take a drop this time and if you want to enjoy the tags of great colleges and be around some of the most hard working people (that will eventually contribute to your personal growth), then you might take an year drop.
