As per the information available in UPCET Counselling Information Brochure candidates who have selected Freeze option in round 1 are not allowed to submit fresh choices or modify choices. Their earlier allotted seat would be retained. But their allotted category may be upgraded as per the rules. So you cannot register in round 2 as fresh candidate after choosing freeze option in round 1.

UPSEE 2021 - Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, has begun the choice filling process of UPSEE 2021 on October 2 for B.Tech admission in Uttar Pradesh. Candidates can fill their preferred choices online till October 6, 2021

AKTU offers admission in all UPSEE 2021 participating colleges through JEE Main score. Candidates interested in B.Tech admission in UP were required to fill JEE Main application form and qualify for the exam with a valid score. For B. Tech Agriculture (AG) and Biotechnology (BT) courses, admissions will be done on the basis of UPCET 2021 . It should be noted that students with a valid JEE Main 2021 Score will be given preference. UPCET 2021 marks for the AG & BT will be considered for those seats that remain vacant after counselling. Students who will qualify for JEE Main 2021 will be called for counselling and UPSEE 2021 admission procedure.

Hope you are doing great there. I don't think that now you will get a chance to change your certificate in upsee . And if your ews category is not verified then you will be treated as a general category candidate. For a clear information regarding this I would suggest you to take the help of the respective query centre.

Dear candidate you need to upload only JEE score card and not the admit card because there would be more than one admit card if you had applied for more than one session. Even if you had applied for only one session still as per the UPSEE counselling guidelines you need to upload only JEE score card.

for upsee counselling you will not need to print the jee main score card and jee main admit card

so for that you just download your jee main admit card and jee main score card in pdf form and then you need to upload in upsee counselling.

but if they ask for document verification and if it is offline then you need to print it and take copy of other document and go for document verification

There is a very good chance that you can get CSE or IT in the JSS academy of technical education because JSS is a private institute. As this is the first chance that JSS and all other AKTU colleges is going to admission through JEE mains.

Moreover you can also add these colleges in your preference list for the safe side because they are somewhere equivalent to JSS.
