Hello Aspirant,
This is very first time when UPSEE colleges are going to take admissions for their B.Tech course on the basis of JEE-Main scores so there is no previous year data on which we could analyze your admission chances but on such rank if you belongs to some of the reserved category and you have mentioned your category rank then let me tell you that on such category rank it would be very difficult to get any of the good college with CSE branch, because competition for CSE branch is much more increasing nowadays. But yes you can try for some private colleges.
However, to have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your score, category and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

UPSEE counselling is one of the simplest counselling you don't need to spend much brain into it.
Look Like if you have selected some colleges in the first round and have got one but you are not satisfied with the seat and find that there is a fault in the ordering so definitely you can change your preference in the second round if you can reorder whole list of your choice filling and you will get the top colleges of your preference if you lie under the condition/cutoff.
You can reorder your preferences till 3rd round and still if you haven't satisfied with the seat then you can participate in the 4th round but in this round you will not be able to change your preferences and your choice filling of 3rd round will be considered for the 4th round.
Good luck:)
