yes you have to submitted physical health certificate or undertaking of medical fitness along with you should take care other documents while documents verification such as

• UPSEE 2020 rank card

• UPSEE 2020 admit card

• Pass certificates and mark sheets of Class 10 and Class 12

• Domicile certificate

• Parent’s domicile certificate (if the candidate has passed qualifying exam outside Uttar Pradesh)

• Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)

• Category certificate (if applicable)

• Subcategory certificate for freedom fighters/armed forces/physically handicapped (if applicable)

• Certificate of medical fitness/undertaking of medical fitness

• Income certificate for students belonging to economically weaker sections category

I am sorry to inform you, but if you have filled up the form, you can not change it once submitted. You can however make as many changes as you want before submitting it.

However if you are unable to submit your Caste category certificate, you would be considered as a General Student. So there is nothing to worry about, your registration wont get cancelled.

• How to Edit AKTU/UPTU/UPSEE 2020 Application Form

  Students may follow these guidelines for making changes in the application form of AKTU/UPTU/UPSEE 2020:

  • Click on the official website link.
  • A login page will be opened on the screen.
  • Login by entering your application number, password and security pin.
  • Now, the application form will be opened in the editable mode.
  • Candidates can now make changes/modifications wherever required.
  • After corrections, revised confirmation page will be generated.
  • Students must take extra printouts of corrected acknowledgement page for further use

  • Things to keep in mind while making corrections:

    • Candidates must review all the information provided before submitting the form.

Yes definitely you can use it. Generally they ask for central government caste certificate.but please check expiry date of your certificate.if date of your caste certificate expired then please renew it also check guidelines of upsee councelling they will set a date and certificate made up off after that date valid.if any other query then your welcome on this platform.

Dear aspirant

Each certificate whether it is category or income or residency which is issued by the authority only has the validity of 6 months till 1 year.

If you observe there is a code upon the certificates which upon scanning reveals the date the certificate is made.

Please make sure your certificates are valid enough with validity for the counselling.

I hope you have submitted the certificate that certifies you belong to EWS. If you haven't submitted even this certificate, then your general category score or rank would be considered.

I am sorry to inform you, but now you cannot change the information on you form once submitted. If you are Unable to submit your sub category certificate, but have submitted the major category certificate. then its ok

A candidate is eligible for getting a TFW seat only of he or she is financially unstable or have less annual income and are unable to pay Fees of college and other expenses.

So, for applying for TFW seat, you have to submit your income certificate for verification purpose. If you are eligible, then you will get admission through TFW seat.

But, if you are not eligible and have more Annual income than the prescribed income by the Government, then you would not admission through TFW seat. But, you could get admission through a normal seat into the college.

If you fill fee waiver and don't get it, then would get admission through general or normal seats.
