The cutoffs are not predictable and there is a cahnge in it every year.The minimum qualifying marks for UPSEE 2019 for general category is 25%,for sc category and st 20% and for obc 25%.Based upon your rank of 2816 you may try for the following colleges for pursuing MBA:

Based on your rank and profile it might be very difficult for you to get a seat in government college as government colleges in AKTU are very less and mostly their closing rank is around 1000 or less. But you might get a few government college on your profile:

• Bundelkhand University, Jhansi
• Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur

You might also get a seat in best private colleges of UP like JSS Noida, KIET, Galgotia etc.
