Based on your profile, it might be a little difficult for you to get a government college as there are very few government colleges in U.P. and most of them have a cutoff of less than 1000 rank. However, you have a chance to get a seat in a few government colleges mentioned below:

• Bundelkhand University, Jhansi
• Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur 

However, on this rank, you might get the top private colleges in UP like KIET, JSS Noida, Galgotia etc.
