In case of any issues try approaching to the UPSEE counselling board helpdesk. TRY reaching out to them they shall help you. There might be some technical error or some network issues.

Generally, for HBTI Kanpur.. general rank ranges from 1~300 for different courses.

While to opt in any other courses.. you still need a rank < 700~1000 with or without any quota.

P.S. :- as you have asked for how much score is required in UPSEE exam, then for a safe side your score should be around atleast 440~480.

Yea for sure you are eligible to tale admission in mba as you are leared in all your subjects. MAinly your final year marks are included. All the best. Have a great future ahead.
