You need to upload original documents on UPSEE website and rest will be verified online when you documents will be verified online you will receive a messege stating that your documents are verified now 

In case of any issues try approaching to the UPSEE counselling board helpdesk. TRY reaching out to them they shall help you. There might be some technical error or some network issues. 

You can check UPSEE website to see previous year's ranking for college's intake for students taking admission via counselling.

Generally, for HBTI Kanpur.. general rank ranges from 1~300 for different courses.

While to opt in any other courses.. you still need a rank < 700~1000 with or without any quota.

P.S. :- as you have asked for how much score is required in UPSEE exam, then for a safe side your score should be around atleast 440~480.
