As per the guidelines given in the official website of HBTI Kanpur, the college has been added in the UPSEE list with the college code of 181. Students who wish to register for counselling must select their choice through UPSEE Portal. UPSEE results might be released during mid-October, after which counselling begins. for year 2014-2018, you have to look for private sites like getmyuni, admissionaglasem,,.. they have provided previous year question papers. solution may or may not be available. You have to solve it and check for correct answer.

UPSEE is stands for utter pradesh state entrance examination ,it is a state level examination through you can join some of college across up,Lucknow but this exam not accepted by every college or institute and for good college you must appear CAT,XAT this all are top entrance test for MBA .If you wants to take admission in TIER 1,TIER 2 MBA college then you must be clear this  entrance test and through result you will get admission in top colleges .

The entrance exam has various sections. Under English language, topics like Grammar, Vocabulary, uncommon words, Sentence completion, Synonyms, Antonyms, Relationship between words and phrases, comprehension of passages, Sentence correction, idioms, jumbled sentence, summary based questions, Inference statement conclusion and critical reasoning are covered.

Under Number ability: Number system, Arithmetic, Simple Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Interpretation of graphs, Charts and tables, Permutation and Combination, Algebra, Mensuration, Time and Work, Averages, Percentages, Profits and loss, Quadratic and Linear equations are covered.

Thinking and Decision making: Creative thinking, Unfamiliar relationships, Verbal reasoning, Clock and Calendars, Direction, Assertion/Reasons, Coding/Decoding, Linear Arrangements, Finding patterns trends, Assessment of figures and diagrams. Statements and Conclusion, Family tree, Simple puzzles, Cause/effect relationships and Sequence and series are covered.

First of congratulations for choosing MBA as a career . MAT is all India exam conducted by AIMA . So you many colleges from all over India accept it scores , you can check the college names while filling the form , they ask for 5 college names for preferance and it doesn't mean you can apply for rest colleges you can apply for all college which accept mat score . And some of good college accept mat score of pgdm and MBA like SIES, Mumbai , IES Mumbai , alliance university , Bangalore .

And many colleges of up too accept mat score . So if you have decided any college in which you want to take admission you can the exam score accepted by them in eligibility criteria . If it only accept upsee then you have to give upsee exam and if you wanted to study in other states upsee is of no use as upsee is only accepted by up colleges.
