No, there won't be any problem if you have uploaded your provisional marksheet instead of original degree as provisional marksheet is accepted in every place where they expect original degree. However, there are institutes which might ask you to sign an undertaking stating that you will submit your degree in future. So, it's really not a problem.

Well the top colleges via UPSEE for MBA are Hartcourt Butler University, Kanpur. This is probably the only well known brand amongst the UPSEE colleges outside UP. The cutoffs aren't well known from previous years, but judging by your rank, I think you a decent shot at this college.
