You will have to go with further round of counselling if you are not happy with the allotted college. The chances of getting a seat in the college you want in the further round is subject to availability of the seats. Dear Aspirant, the scholarship is provided on the basis of the income of the family and along with reservation. The scholarship forms are generally released around September to December. In this a minimum amount of 30k is transferred but it varies from 60-80k. So it's not fixed.

According to the aktu University you have to choose fee waiver when you fill your form. You can't choose nxt year or any other year simply because this is the rule of aktu whether they consider your upsee rank or jee rank

As per previous year cutoff of Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology for handicapped, Kanpur it's quite difficult to get admission with your UPTU Rank. Even to get branches like ECE or IT also quite difficult. But there's more well established Institutes are there preferable with your Rank:

3. ABES Engineering College (CSE)

Hi aspirant see in mostely any exam counselling the priority given to students to opt the colleges on behalf of the general rank means colleges are alloted on behalf of general rank in counselling untill and unless you have any particular or specific interest in any college but you can't get that college with your general rank than on that place or situation you can use your reserved criteria such as girls or caste rank and accordingly colleges are provided.

You need to freeze a seat so that it doesnot float in other rounds.Once you get another seat by float you can't choose the previous seat.If you dont freeze any seat till the last round the seat allotted in the last round will be automatically freezed and you can directly report to the allocated college at the given date.
