Hope you are doing well. For counselling process, the documents needed are:

• Certificate of high school

• Qualifying exam mark sheet

• Medical fitness certificate

• Character certificate which should be issued by the head of the institution last attended

• Category certificate (if applicable)

• Domicile certificate (if applicable)

• Income certificate (applicable for economically weaker only)

• Subcategory certificate (Freedom fighters/Physically handicapped/Armed forces)

• Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)

• GDDA category certificate (if applicable)

Candidates must come to the centre to get their certificates and mark sheets validated. Candidates must then provide all required papers, including original certificates and self- attested photocopies of all certificates that must be deposited at the verification centre.

At the time of registration, candidates can select a document verification centre based on their preferences.

You need not worry if you have uploaded the wrong documents. As per the UPSEE notifications present on their official website, you can upload the documents and do fees payment in between 30.10.2020 to 02.11.2020.

You can follow these steps to easily-:

• go to the official site of UPSEE-: https://upsee.nic.in/webinfo/public/home.aspx
• login in to your account and go to your application section
• in the application section, go to edit application
• go upload documents and remove the existing documents and upload the correct ones.
• save the application, or click on submit once you have checked that all the details are correct

If you haven't selected EWS category in registration form then you cannot heap and take the benefits of EWS certificate during the time of councelling process.

Because, the exam and councelling round authority regulates and calculates the merit list is prepared by the category and rank given during the registration and application form.

Through EWS certificate, a candidate gets various benefits like low fees structure , good chances of getting some colleges that other open category candidates may not get, etc. But, you may contact the concerned authorities at the time of councelling process

In most states of India, the validity of ews certificate is 1 year. To check whether the validity of your ews certificate is 1yr or 6months you must check the official state website of Department of revenue.

EWS certificate is required when you have qualified the examination and it is shown at the time of verification of document.t that time it should be valid.
The simple thing is the procedure of renewal is same as process of applying for EWS certificate. Just visit the authority with the your updated financials of new new financial year to get a new EWS certificate.

Hi aspirant, Since you have 200 marks in UPSEE exam so on behalf of your marks your general rank will most probably lie in the rank range of between 55K-70K. For your OBC category rank you may have rank most probably lie in between 10K-25K. So in my opinion you should use your OBC category rank to take admission through UPSEE counselling.

Sometimes it creates confusion that which will rank will be considered in UPTU Counselling. During UPTU Counselling, the overall general rank is taken into consideration. No GNGL rank will be considered in the UPTU Counselling. GNGL rank only gives the general rank in the girls category. Both are distinctive to each other and the general rank should be given also in your rank card separately.
