Uttar Pradesh
Hello,
Candidates by now have predicted their NEET score through answer keys released by different sources. As you would be knowing that cut off for NEET is always high. 300 marks in NEET is an average score. The cut offs are always above 600. In subsequent rounds they fall to 530 approx.
Even the cut off in Uttar Pradesh have been high. So, the chances for getting government seat in MBBS is negligible. You can try for private colleges.

Hello

If you are scoring 510 marks in NEET, The admission in Government College have 2 quota in which admission process taken 1. AIQ quota and 2. State Quota so, according to your marks you have 50-50 chances to get seat in state Quota and for the safer side i suggest you deemed Colleges.
And yes! You can go for MBBS seat because as per NEET- National Eligibility Enterance Test is the enterance exams for the undergraduate students, To get top medical College candidate have to score 500 marks at least out of 720. But for General catagor, candidate have to score more than 580 marks in NEET UG to get an admission in Government Medical Colleges in most of the states expect few under 85% state Quota.
I suggest you to take a drop year if it is your first attempt takes you this far you can easily get 600+ marks and if you consider private colleges with sufficient amount, You can also take your hope towards counseling procedure and i suggest you to wait for results that also make clear your way!

Further, please note that the above mentioned prediction of marks, may vary as the NEET Cutoff keeps varying every year.
The NEET Cutoff depends on various factors like : difficulty level of the paper, number of aspirants appearing for the examination, etc.

Taking into consideration that you are talking about IIIT and IIT because IIT is through jee advanced not through jee mains so i would suggest you in 93 percentile IIITs will be a tough choice to get because even the newer IIITs have higher cut offs.
I would suggest you to take up LNMIIT Jaipur . In this colleges your chances are fair and also there is probability that you can get ECE branch but that depends on the number of applicants in the counselling, number of vacant seats in college.
The cut off for the core branch generally stays 88-90 percentile and for the non core branches it's above 93.
