Yes of course! You can go for MBBS course admission in medical In Uttar Pradesh, Minimum score is required for government medical College is 550 as per last year trends.
And you also comes under reserved Catagories of AIQ 15% quota students which has different Catagories such as General, ST/SC/OBC , PwD and EWS Catagories.
I suggest you to wait for NEET-UG 2022 cutoff and marks because it's very important for Admission process both in counseling and AIQ 15% quota reservation criteria. Because every participating institute has its own cut-offs which is divided on the basis of Catagories.

On such rank in CLAT 2022 you have no any chances to get any of the NLUs even after considering you for EWS quota because your rank is quite high and you should try for some private colleges that accept admission on such higher ranks.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as in all India exams for admissions so you need to submit central category certificate at the time of counselling or admissions as state category certificate will not be eligible for the same during central government exams or counselling. You need to have central category certificate to get admissions in central government colleges and state certificate for admissions in state government colleges.
