EWS is a special category for the candidates for General category only and 10% reservation is given only those who are satisfying the criteria of EWS

As, you belong to Yadav caste which falls under Other Backward Caste(OBC) only. So, you can't apply for EWS certificate. You can opt a seat in college only through OBC category reservation.
