If you have the domicile of Uttarakhand, then you are eligible to participate in Uttarakhand's State NEET Counselling. In 2019, under State Quota, 358 marks secured a seat in Dean Medical College. That was the cut off. According to the eligibility crtieria mentioned in https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/up-neet-application-form , if you have completed your 12th in UP, then you also can participate in UP's NEET Counselling. Now 416 marks secured a seat in Bahraich  Medical College under State Quota in SC Category. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. i hope you are doing well , no hemwati nandan garhwal university , pauri do not offer any honours course what they do offer is B.A political science

if you want to offer honours course you may need to look out other colleges
