Graphics is most amazing and interesting course among all student and for placement areas too but if you are compare to the government college so it will little bit top at the time of placements because mostly government college not offer placements facilities to aspirants but if you are good student and having knowledge  of graphics designing then you can go through off campus drive where you will get job .

Graphics is a part of or we can say it is a subject of Computer science during your 4 years you will gain lots of knowledge of programming ,graphics designing tools  .

So dont worry placements are good for computer science student so you can purse this course .

Real fact is job percentage is low in Uttarakhand for computer science engineering because Uttarakhand is mostly famous for the hill stations and for tourist places but if you are complete your btech course and move to Bangalore, Hyderabad ,pune ,Chennai then opportunity is more for computer science engineering student because this cities are IT hub of India .

But now days TCS ,Infosys ,and Wipro there are lots of companies are provided off campus drive so you can apply for it and appear the exam in your nearest examination centre and if you are selected then you can refere your nearest cities for job location .

You can get OBC certificate from the respective authority. For this you have to submit address proof, number 2 identity proof, cast identity certificate. We can get both advantage from DTU and NSTU. OBC certificate criteria most important it is i his parents income for the last three years less than 8lakh will be .

There is no specific cut offs for BA undergraduate courses, the cut off depends on number of candidates applied, difficulty level of exam, previous year's cut off etc. This cut off varies every year. You just need to fulfill eligibility criteria for the course and you will get admission depending on your xii board marks.
