Since the amount is disbursed by the Social Welfare Department it take a long time for the amount to credit in your bank account. SO we would suggest you to wait patiently. To be eligible to apply for Jagan Anna Vidya Deevena Scheme you must fulfill the given eligibility criteria

• Your family's annual income must be less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
• Should have less than 10 acres of wet land or dry 25 acres or 25 acres wet and dry.
• No member should be Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.).
• Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
• No family member should pay income tax.
• In municipal areas owning less than 1500 sft of built up area

In addition to this you must have sought admission in to Government, Aided, Private Colleges affiliated to State Universities / Boards under convener quota in Polytechnic, ITI, Degree and above level courses.
