The college given above are both good colleges but Stanley College of Engineering is a better choice and here is why:
1) Stanley College Of Engineering has a much affordable fees as compared to Vidya Jyoti Institute and Technology. The fees of Stanley College of Engineering is 3.12 Lakhs(for 4 years) while that of Vidya Jyoti Institute and Technology is 4.60 Lakhs (for 4 years)
2) When it comes to infrastructure, Stanley has a better infrastructure and the the faculty here is very supportive and provide various opportunities to the students.
3) Placements:
Stanley College of Engineering provides the highest placement of 10 LPA and the lowest package of 3 LPA. Around 90% students get placed in top companies like Google, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, etc.
Vidya Jyothi Institute and Technology provides the highest package of 6 LPA and the lowest of 2 LPA. Around 70% of the students get placed.

Candidates not qualifying in entrance examination are not eligible to get admission under convener quota. Hence, such candidates will not be eligible to apply for Jagan Anna Vidya Deevena scheme. You are not eligible to apply for Jagan Anna Vidya Deevena as you haven't qualified in EAPCET.
