Should i do BCA specialization in Full Stack or BCA elective as Full stack for becoming Web Developer? JECRC or IIMT for BCA specialization in Full Stack?

Prakhar Medhavi 14th Jan, 2022

Hello candidate

BCA stands for Bachelors in Computer Applications. An elective in Full Stack is like cherry on the top. Full Stack Web Development is a promising career. Web Development is a very in-demand career where one needs to handle both the Front-end and Back-end development simultaneously. Due to such high nature of technical expertise required to manage both, these developers are paid a handsome amount of salary.

So, you should definitely go for an elective inclusive course in BCA. Further, IIMT is better college as compared to JECRC for BCA specialization in Full Stack Web Development. Also IIMT being in Noida provides a greater placement and job opportunities owing to its close proximity to Delhi, Gurugram and Noida itself as they have a large concentration of IT companies.

Hope to see you having a thriving career.

BCA with specialization or with specialization in Full Stack for becoming Web Developer? JECRC or IIMT for Full stack BCA?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 14th Jan, 2022

See if you are sure about your interest and if you are sure that you are compatible with the techniques of Full Stack, then I would recommend you to go for the BCA with specialization in Full Stack Course. Now if you aren't sure about the specialization topic or you have no prior experience about the subject, then go for BCA with specialization. Many students gets demotivated in there studies due to not choosing the adequate specialization topic. So choose the field wisely.

Now if you want to join the Full Stack BCA, then I would recommend you to go for the IIMT as it has better academic and placement facilities compared to that of JECRC.

i am a pcmb student studying in 12th right now i wanna know does 12th percentage really matter to become a web developer?

Md Qutubuddin Ansari 20th Nov, 2021

Hello,

I hope you are doing fine, To become a Web Developer it does not matter what percentage you got in your class 12. Class 12th percentage is only required to take admission in colleges. If you are giving any competitive exam to take admission in some good colleges to get CSE branch in that case only they ask for minimum percentage according to their criteria.

If you wanna become a web developer you will have to study things yourself because colleges will not teach you how to develop websites or design web pages. Even your role would not be confirmed when you will join any company through college. So if you are interested in web development you must hone your skills yourself and then apply to the companies where the post of web developer is required.

Well to get a job in some tech companies you will have to hold some technical degree which is mandatory to get into the company. After 12th you can go for BTech CSE or BCA or BSc IT, etc. There are many courses out there. You will be taught many things like programming languages and Data Structure & Algo. which would help you in your web development.

To learn web development there are many recourses available out there. You can learn from youtube. There are many youtuber channels through which you can learn free of cost.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.

Good Luck

provide me the full road map for web development

Khushi Goyal 10th Aug, 2021

Dear Student,

Web development is of three types : Full stack web development, front-end web development and back-end web development.

Front-end refers to what we see on a website or what is displayed in front of you while Back-end refers to what works behind the back on a website, the processing of a website when you click on anything. And Full stack is a mixture of both front-end and back-end.

Now coming to the roadmap, a full stack developer starts with first front-end development and then goes for back-end development.

So, you should start with HTML, CSS , and then go for JavaScript . You must also learn frameworks like Bootstrap and Sass or Tailwind CSS . They will develop your skills more.

Then, you must learn NodeJs, React, Express and MongoDB as a server-less database. You can also use other databases like SQL, NoSQL , and many other. Then, you should go for AWS services and cloud computing .

Also, you must do some projects that must highlight in your resume like To-Do List, Cloning of websites like Netflix, Zomato, Amazon, etc. basically an e-commerce website.

who is web developer? .

tanishqgiri.goswami 27th Jun, 2021

Hello Karthik,

A web developer is responsible for programming the code that “tells” a website how to function. A developer builds a website from the bottom up, which means designing it in such a way that end users have no difficulty navigating the site. The website should not be so simple that it does not appeal to advanced users, nor should it be so complicated that the beginner is easily lost in the process.

Web development can be divided into three parts : code that executes in a web browser and determines what customers or clients will see when they land on a website (client-side scripting); code that executes on a web server and powers the behind-the-scenes mechanics of how a website works (server-side scripting); and database technology, which helps to keep a website running smoothly and efficiently. Large-scale web projects often divide these tasks among multiple web developers.

Hope this help,

All the best !
