What is your category, as you haven't mentioned if I'm assuming it to be general with 450 marks and UR Category it's highly difficult to secure GMC seat, if we go through last year cut-offs then 36907 was the closing rank for Coochbehar Government Medical College and Hospital, with 450 marks you may have chances for management quota in the following private medical colleges-

A Domicile certificate has to obtained from the school she has passed her class 12 th exam. This certificate is isssued based on the student's school education record. It is given in the website . A Black Proforma is given in the WBJEE website and it has to be downloaded and two copies are to be printed on A4 size white paper. Then both the copies of the Certificate must be filled properly and signed by a competent Authority. And then the Duplicate Copy of the Certificate is retained in the Office of the Issuing Authority for future verification.

As of now there's no official notice by the West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC),the official authority responsible for WB state quota counselling regarding the dates of the commencement of the West Bengal State quota counselling post NEET-2021 . Its expected to happen only after the All India Counselling for NEET commences though nothing can be said exactly as of now .
