west bengal
Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well.
As per the new guideline given to MCC by the Supreme court, the All India Counselling for NEET is to occur in 4 rounds . Earlier , there used to be only 2 rounds to fill the 15% seats of the state government medical colleges and all the seats of the central institutes like AIIMS. After the 2 rounds, whatever seats were left under the 15% state government quota were then transferred to the state counselling authorities to filled through the state quota counselling.
This new guideline will mostly benefit the students of the states where cutoffs usually go high like Delhi ,Bihar, Rajasthan etc. , sometimes even higher than the All India cutoff for a government medical college. So, these students will be able to get a seat through the All India Counselling in some other state if the cutoff of their own state is very high .
Also,it will be made sure that almost none of the 15% seats are left to be filled by AIQ.So, there's very less probability that any seats will be transferred to the state after AIQ.
So,it can be concluded that the All India Quota cutoff for a government medical college will be lower ,on the other hand the state quota cutoffs may increase a bit than usual ,as of now. This applies to most of the states including West Bengal and yes the cutoff scores for private medical colleges is also supposed to increase as overall cutoff will increase through the state quota.
You are advised to wait for the Counselling process to commence and only then will we be able to know the exact cut-offs and how this new guideline will affect the cutoffs .

If the rank you have mentioned is your crl and not ews rank then there are a lot of nits wherein you can get admission on basis of your crl and since you are a female and from ews category then there are a lot of chances of getting a seat in good enough nits maybe with not so great branches but definitely you will get a seat also you should note that the seat you get depends on you rank and your preferences so please fill your choices very carefully. You might even get good branches but in northeast nits.
According to the previous year cutoff and on the basis of general categories scores. Mentioned below are the name of the colleges which are offering admission to the MBBS under 15% all India quota seats to the students:

Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-
*** number of candidates appeared in NEET 2021
*** difficulty level of the paper
*** top score for NEET 2021
*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.
But we can help you on the basis of previous years cut-offs, by analyzing data of previous years we can guide you upto some sort of your admission chances in KPC Medical College and Hospital, Jadavpur.
So if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you need around 570+ marks in NEET 2021. Because as we go through previous years cut-off data then it shows that the closing cut-off marks were around 568 for KPC Medical College and Hospital, Jadavpur under state quota for General category.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
NEET 2021 Cutoff West Bengal (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017) - Rank, College & Category wise (careers360.com)

Dear Reader,
Your sc caste certificate is not valid outside your state as some of the caste reservation are given by state government but not in central government list so if you want to take admission outside your state i.e. outside West Bengal then you have to apply for central government caste certificate as it is valid to all over India.
